Purchase Additional Tokens

If your agent needs more tokens, you can either upgrade the plan or purchase additional tokens separately.

• Use a plan upgrade if you need a higher token limit on an ongoing basis, as downgrading the plan is not supported.
• If you only need extra tokens temporarily, purchase an additional token package. It will remain valid only until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will continue paying for your standard plan.

To purchase a token package:

1. Go to AI Agents and click on the agent.
2. On the Dashboard tab, click Add tokens.

3. Specify the number of tokens you want (in increments of 250,000) and click Confirm.
