Create Knowledge Bases
You can create a knowledge base when creating an agent or separately in the Knowledge Bases section. In both cases, the process is similar.
- Go to AI Agents → Knowledge Bases.
- Click Create.
- Upload or link your data sources.
- An OpenSearch cloud database will be created to store the information. Choose an appropriate plan. You can upgrade it later if needed.
- Assign a name to the knowledge base to make it easier to identify in the control panel. You may also add an optional comment.
- Click Order.
The cloud database creation and indexing process will begin.
The text-embedding-3-large model is used for indexing. Indexing speed depends on the file size.
