Billing
You can manage service payments, check your current balance, view subscription fees, and track account transactions in the Billing section.
Payment Model Copy link
Hostman uses a pay-as-you-go payment model and hourly billing.
All cloud services on your account, such as Cloud servers, Images, Databases, App Platform etc. are billed hourly and charged to the account balance daily.
Topping Up the Balance Copy link
You can top up your Hostman account balance using your bank card.
- Go to the Billing → Payment section.
- Select your preferred currency and enter the payment amount.
- If you want to save your credit card for automatic balance top-ups, leave the Link your card checkbox selected. With a saved card, the balance is topped up automatically a week before your account runs out of funds.
- Click Make a payment with Stripe.
- On the Stripe payment page, enter your card details and complete the payment.

Active Services and Billing History Copy link
You can check the charges in the Billing → Billing history section.

To check which services currently exist on the account and are being billed, go to the Active services tab.

For clarity, all services in the account are grouped by projects. This makes it possible to evaluate the budget of each project separately.
Data Deletion Due to Insufficient Balance Copy link
If billing fails due to insufficient funds, the services will be suspended. You have 7 days to replenish your balance, after which the services will resume automatically.
If your account balance is not replenished within 7 days, all data and services will be permanently deleted.
