Create Knowledge Bases

You can create a knowledge base when creating an agent or separately in the Knowledge Bases section. In both cases, the process is similar.

  1. Go to AI AgentsKnowledge Bases.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Upload or link your data sources.
  4. An OpenSearch cloud database will be created to store the information. Choose an appropriate plan. You can upgrade it later if needed.
  5. Assign a name to the knowledge base to make it easier to identify in the control panel. You may also add an optional comment.
  6. Click Order.

The cloud database creation and indexing process will begin. 

The text-embedding-3-large model is used for indexing. Indexing speed depends on the file size.
