You can at any time:
You can temporarily suspend an agent, for example, to adjust its configuration or interface and then start it again.
After an agent is suspended:
When an agent is suspended, the service is billed as usual. The monthly billing date will not change.
To suspend an agent:

Alternatively, open the agent and click the pause icon in the top-right corner.

To start the agent again after it has been suspended:

Alternatively, open the agent and click the start icon in the top-right corner.

If the agent is no longer needed, you can permanently delete it. This action cannot be undone.
Knowledge bases connected to the agent will not be deleted. If you no longer need them, you can remove them manually on the Knowledge Bases tab.
To delete an agent:

Alternatively, open the agent and click the delete icon in the top-right corner.
