Embed Chatbots

AI agent–based chat bots can be embedded into your applications and websites so users can interact with them.

Before using the embed feature, make sure the agent is using a public endpoint.

To configure the chat and get the embed code:

  1. Go to the AI Agents section and select the required agent.
  2. On the Integrations tab, click Configure in the Chat Embed section.
  3. The chat management interface will open.

Chat Interface Settings

On the Settings tab, you can customize the chat interface. This can be done either before embedding the chat on your website or at any time afterward.

The following options are available:

  • Agent name
  • Name subtitle
  • Welcome message
  • Accent color
  • Font
  • Icon
  • Chat widget position on the website

The selected font is not loaded together with the chat. The browser will use the font available on the user’s system if it matches the specified one. Otherwise, a similar font will be used.

Allowed Domains

On the Domains tab, you can specify which websites are allowed to use the widget.

By default, the agent can be embedded on any domain. However, if you add at least one domain, the widget will only be available on the specified addresses.

Embed Code

On the Embed tab, you will find the ready-to-use code that can be added to your website. Simply copy it and paste it into your HTML between the <body></body> tags.
