Connect Knowledge Bases

A knowledge base contains the materials from which an agent retrieves relevant information when generating responses. For example, this may include your product documentation or product catalogs.

If you did not connect a knowledge base when creating the agent, or if you need to replace it with another one, you can do this in the control panel.

  1. Create a knowledge base if you have not done so yet.
  2. Go to the AI Agents section and click on the agent.
  3. On the Management tab, click Modify next to the knowledge base.

  1. Select the required knowledge base and save the changes.
