Configure Endpoints

Updated on 20 February 2026

An endpoint is a URL used to interact with an agent via the API. It is automatically generated when the agent is created.

You can integrate the endpoint into an application or website to send requests to the agent and receive responses in JSON format.

The endpoint (referred to as the API type in the control panel) can be either private or public.

  • Private. Allows requests to the agent only if they are authorized using an access key.
  • Public. Required for embedding a chat bot on your website or in your application. When interacting with the agent through the chat bot, an access key is not required. However, it is required for direct requests to the public endpoint.

You can change the endpoint availability in the control panel:

  1. Go to the AI Agents section and select the required agent.
  2. On the Management tab, click Modify in the Availability section.
