To evaluate the quality of the agent’s responses, you can view all conversations with it on the Chat history tab.
Conversations are saved when interacting with the agent through the chat widget on your website or when testing the agent in the Playground.
Messages are not stored when using the API.
The following filters are available for working with chat history:
By clicking the download button, you can export the chat history in .csv format. You can select the required time period before downloading.
Only the last 2,000 messages are included in the export.
The history includes the following data: Conversation ID, Agent ID, Message ID, Message creation time, Message author, Message text, Liked response, Response time (in seconds).
