You can manage service payments, check your current balance, view subscription fees, and track account transactions in the Balance and Payments section.
Hostman uses a pay-as-you-go payment model and hourly billing.
All cloud services on your account, such as Cloud servers, Images, Databases, App Platform etc. are billed hourly and charged to the account balance daily.
All services created on the account are billed, even if they're stopped and not in use. To stop charges for a service, you need to delete it from your Hostman account.
In the Payment tab, you can enter an arbitrary amount or select a 3/6/12 months period to get a discount.
You can use your credit/debit card or PayPal account to pay for Hostman services.
You can also save your credit card so that the balance is topped up automatically a week before your account runs out of funds.
You can check the charges in the Billing → Billing history section.
To check which services currently exist on the account and are being billed, go to the Active services tab.
For clarity, all services in the account are grouped by projects. This makes it possible to evaluate the budget of each project separately.
When there is not enough funds in the account balance, the services are stopped. You have to top up the balance during the next 7 days to launch them again.
If there is not enough money on the balance after 7 days, all services will be permanently deleted.
