Update Profile Info

You can update your profile information, including changing the primary contact email and the account owner.

To make changes, you need access to the current contact email associated with the account. If you cannot access the email, please contact our support team.

To update your profile information:

1. Click on your username in the top right corner and navigate to the Account Settings section.

2. In the Information tab, click Edit next to Personal details.

3. In the next window, enter the required details and click Save. We will send a confirmation link to the primary contact email of your account.

4. Click on the confirmation link, after which the changes will take effect.
