Join Us in Writing DevOps and Development Guides
Help our community tackle complex technical issues and earn money with your expertise
Every month, our "Tutorials" section features between 15 to 30 guides on DevOps, server setup, development, and product testing. But, we want more and are willing to pay for your knowledge and expertise. If you are an experienced DevOps engineer, developer, or tester and are ready to share your expertise — you're welcome:
There's plenty of topics to cover
Authors' compensation starts at $70 per article and increases depending on the quality and complexity of material
In the past six months, our blog and guides have been read 180,000 times: some articles get hundreds of reads, some get thousands
Who are we looking for?
Any IT specialist who is well-versed in technology: DevOps engineers, sysadmins, testers, programmers, product managers, marketers, etc. We are also interested in authors who can write about product-oriented approaches in development, team management, and IT processes.
We are ready to provide a list of topics we want to cover. However, you can also suggest your own. The main thing is that the article should be appealing to our audience.
Сonditions and requirements
The article must be original: if you have already published it elsewhere, we cannot add it to our tutorials
The article should reflect your expertise in the chosen topic and include your real-life experience
The article must be relevant and genuinely useful to our clients and the entire community
Workflow
We discuss the article topic: you propose your own topic or we can suggest one.
We sign off on the topic, discuss the terms, and agree on deadlines.
We provide you with the technical task for the article: desired structure, SEO requirements for Google, and so on. Then, you write the article.
We review the article, make necessary edits, and send it back for revision. Our editor will check your article for compliance with our editorial policy and highlight details that need elaboration. All articles are also reviewed by our technical specialists — if they have comments, we will ask you to make corrections.
Once everything is finalized, we publish the article and pay you.
Compensation
The fees start at $70 per article. We are willing to pay more for more complex guides.
We negotiate the fees individually with each author based on their expertise and the quality of the article.
