As part of the Whitespots ecosystem, Auditor integrates with the Whitespots AppSec Portal, allowing you to manage, store, and track all reports in a single, convenient interface.
With Whitespots Auditor, you can:
- Scan for a wide range of security issues to make sure no vulnerabilities go undetected.
- Scan across application code, websites, images, and cloud accounts.
- Schedule your Auditor to run scans automatically for continuous security monitoring.
- Integrate with AppSec Portal and Jira to manage the reports in a convenient way and easily create related tasks.
- Customize scan parameters according to your specific requirements.
Getting Started
To set up your Auditor instance:
- Go to the Cloud servers section in your control panel and start creating a new server.
- Select Marketplace → Whitespots Auditor.
- Select server parameters. For a smooth launch and successful setup, we recommend using at least 4 CPU cores and 8 GB of RAM.
- Finish creating your server.
The installation will take a few minutes and after that the Auditor is ready.
In the Hostman control panel, check the server Dashboard. In the Whitespots Auditor block on the right, copy the password and click on the provided URL (http://server-IP-address:8080).
You will see the Auditor authorization page. In the Auth Token field, paste the password from the dashboard, and click Login with Token.
The Auditor interface will open.
