Servers Statuses in the Server List

The general list of cloud servers now shows the status of each of them.

For example, to see that a particular server is in shutdown or reboot status, you don't have to go to its page, just go to the list with all servers.

In addition, statuses are displayed in the lists of databases and balancers.
