When making a payment, you can save your credit card in the Hostman dashboard by clicking **Link your card for convenient balance top-up** checkbox when making a payment. 

It will allow you to easily pay for the services without filling in the card details every time. To make a payment with your saved card, go to the **Billing** → **Payment** section, select the period or enter a sum and make the payment. The amount will be charged to your saved credit card.

Saving the card will also **enable automatic payments** for topping up your balance.

The automatic payments are made according to the terms and conditions below.

## Automatic Payments Terms and Conditions

-   Your credit card will be charged 7 days before the money on your balance runs out. If your previous payment was for 1 year, we will charge the amount necessary for 1 year. In other cases, payment for 1 month will be charged.
-   You will receive email notifications about all successful charges or unsuccessful attempts to charge your credit card. 
-   If an automatic payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again in 6 hours. Further attempts will be repeated every 6 hours until the balance is replenished (automatically or manually for a period of at least 7 days) or until the account is blocked.

## Delete the Card

You can delete your linked credit card at any moment in the **Billing** → **Settings** section. 

Deleting the card will also stop all automatic payments.
